What conditions do we accept for returns?

If you need to return or exchange your purchase, we're here to assist! Enjoy free returns within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Should the issue be related to product quality, we cover the expenses for returns and exchanges.
  2. If there are non-quality issues like product damage, returns will incur a £8 non-refundable shipping fee.
  3. If the product doesn't fit well or function as expected during the initial fitting, we're here to help with refunds.
  4. To receive a refund, please ensure the brace is in resale condition. This includes no hair, wear, dirt, or modifications. If the packaging is damaged, a 20% relisting fee will apply. Once we receive the item, we will assess its condition and issue a refund.

 How to make a return?

  1. To start the process, reach out to customer service via email at service@jshunpet.com. Include your order number, return/exchange card, and reason for the return/exchange. Expect us to handle your request within 2 business days.
  2. We acknowledge the issue and provide the return address.
  3. Return the item in its original packaging, and provide the tracking number to service@jshunpet.com.
  4. You will receive a return refund confirmation via email.
  5. We've confirmed there's no issue with the product, so we'll process your refund.

 Refunds Days

Refunds are normally processed by your Card issuing bank within 5 business days of us raising the refund.
